Start the day with a healthy breakfast! Here’s a simple recipe you can make in minutes in the morning or make it the night before and let it soak overnight. Take a cup of Muesli, one apple, diced, 1/4 cup of raisins, 1/4 cup of pomegranate seeds, 2 Tablespoons of Agave Nectar, 1 1/2 cups of Greek yogurt. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving (or overnight). Makes about four servings. Delicious and so good for you, too!
