Head over to the Hard Rock Café Hollywood Blvd. to try their Salted Caramel Café. It’s a fun twist on their good old cup of Joe combining Tia Maria, Bailey’s Irish Cream, salted caramel syrup, half and half, whipped cream, caramel corn, caramel sauce and hot coffee. Delicious and decadent!
These ingredients play off of each other perfectly. We found the Salted Caramel Café to be very balanced, creamy, and not too sweet thanks to the salted caramel syrup, Tia Maria, coffee, and inspired garnish of sweet and crunchy caramel corn on top! Coffee as dessert – heaven! We think they should serve a little bag of their caramel corn with it so you can crunch away all the way to the bottom of your coffee. Who knew coffee and caramel corn would go together so well?!
Hard Rock recently revamped its entire menu, including specialty drinks and cocktails. We happily explored some of their new sandwiches, like the Smoked Beef Brisket (the beef is slow-cooked for 14 hours), and the very popular Tango Burger (with blue cheese and horseradish mayonnaise, you can’t go wrong). These sandwiches are large enough to share and are served with French Fries that are the perfect accompaniment, golden and crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, cut like a steak fry, but smaller.
The new menu is vast and has a great deal of variety, some other new items are Spinach Artichoke Dip, Balsamic Tomato Bruschetta, and a Grilled Chicken Arugula Salad. Read EncinoMom’s full Review of the new Hard Rock menu!
Also on their new menu are beer flights. Hard Rock has partnered with California craft breweries, and currently you can enjoy these beers on draft from Bootlegger’s Brewery in Fullerton, to Stone Brewing in San Diego! We love that Hard Rock supports other California businesses. Thanks to Hollywood Hard Rock Café for hosting us for the potential of receiving a review.
