FabFitFun Unboxing Video

We were invited to the

FabFitFun

extravaganza at ‪#‎theRedburyHotel‬ in Hollywood, one of LA’s best. It was the perfect venue for this FabFitFun‬ event that took over The Library and adjoining courtyard. Click on any of the pictures to watch the video as we unbox the fabulousness we found in our FFF box and share the contents of our goodie bag from the live event, too. Lizzie K, reveals the goodie bag contents featuring shower gel, beauty wipes, shaving cream and other necessities while I open the actual subscription box.

Hey, gimme those!

Jesse “Steeles” the show.

At the live event my plus one and I had a blast sampling bites and sips, shoulder massages, mini-manis, new dos and the photo booth, too. We chatted with Ameet Toor from Perfect Brows who was on hand with a crew to introduce us to threading and Victoria Eisner from Glam Squad. Use their app to have a mobile stylist come to you for a blowout right in your own home. We also got a lovely polish change compliments of Nail Garden and a relaxing neck and shoulder rub from Soothe, whose mobile masseurs come to you when you book a session using their app.

We are in love with the FabFitFun subscription box! We’ve tried more than a few others over the years and this is our absolute favorite. There is a tremendous amount of value in each box, and as much as we love cosmetics and beauty products we love the wider base of products offered by FFF. There is also a good mix of tangible and techno, for example this box featured old fashioned thank you notes (from LA based Gramr Gratitude Company) and high tech web workouts. In the box, I discovered my new favorite lipstick (it lights up and has a mirror for stealth applications – from For Real Beauty) along with scented soap, beauty creams, tea and even an apron from Jesse Steele (click here to see her potholders, you can see them in my cooking videos, too)!

We highly recommend a FabFitFun subscription for Mother’s Day gifting, your BFF’s birthday, Wedding Shower or Graduation gift. It costs more than some of the other beauty boxes out there, it’s priced at $49.99 and valued at $200. You can also purchase a full year for only $179. The box comes out 4 times a year, so you won’t be overwhelmed. In the past, I belonged to a monthly subscription service and while it’s nice to receive packages, it was just too frequent for me and I didn’t have a chance to really use the products before the next box was on it’s way. I’m adding this to my Birthday wish list!

  1. Sounds interesting! I love receiving samples…even if I have to pay a small sum for them! I am currently waiting for a couple of boxes. But, you didn’t state what you receive in the boxes. I won’t buy unless I know generally what I will be receiving.
  2. I love buying these sample boxes! It’s fun to try out new and interesting products! I never buy new products because I don’t want to spend the money on a full-size product, just to find out that I don’t like it! So, I buy the sample boxes, so I know what full-size product I want!!
    • Hi Kristin,

What a great idea! This box has full sized products, but it’s priced like they’re samples.

      Cheers,
      Lisa
